Building Bridges
The Mentor/Mentee Program is a partnership between a new probation employee or department and an experienced probation professional.  The relationship (based on trust, respect and confidentiality) benefits the Mentor and the Mentee.  If you desire additional professional knowledge, expertise or guidance, consider applying to be a Mentor or Mentee.  The mentoring relationship is designed to last for 1 year.  However, it is hoped that the informal relationship will last a lifetime.
